We are currently seeking an experienced Millwork Draftsperson to join our team. The cornerstone of our business is the quality of the product we deliver and we look for that same mindset from our team members. We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms; as well as other types of custom cabinetry so we desire an experienced, finely skilled designer that has working knowledge of Cabinet Vision, to help bring our customer’s vision come to life on paper. JOB SUMMARY
The Millwork Draftsperson designs unique, custom cabinetry by reading detailed specification off a blueprint. Must be able to use basic hand and power tools. Must be a reliable, self-starter and able to problem solve independently. The qualified candidate will have impeccable customer service skills; and be very detail orientated. Also, have the ability to stay on task, be honest and make deadlines without comprising quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You will be creating machining programs for the CNC.
Analyze and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
Develop plans and models for production while ensuring optimal use of materials, construction methodology, 
manufacturing, and installation.
Develop work orders of engineered cabinet and millwork components.
Create detailed shop drawings, diagrams, and instructions to complete work order.
Examine job site documentation and make necessary adjustments to fit job requirements.
Create job specific production machinery computer code files that can be used by operators for each work order.
Communicate with all relevant departments to make sure all materials ordered relate to the project.
Partner with production department to determine best practice for completion of a project.
Ensure quality and timely completion of project assignments while meeting cost targets.
Provide production support and troubleshoot any issues on the production floor.
Analyze, develop, and improve engineering processes through waste reduction, error proofing design, standardization, etc.
Manage projects with ambiguous customer data.
Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must having working knowledge of Cabinet Vision or AutoCAD 
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
High level of commercial construction blueprint reading skills preferred.
Advanced computer and applications knowledge.
Proficient product design skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills working in a team environment.
Excellent technical analytical and reasoning skills.
Knowledge and understanding of AWI standards.​

We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms; as well as other types of custom cabinetry so we need a finely, skilled wood worker, experienced in making custom cabinetry; vanities, and other various custom pieces; who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients. The majority of the work is completed at our fully functioning building woodshop for every aspect of the building cycle. As a fast-growing organization, there will be future career advancements. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Experienced with woodworking equipment such as: panel saws, table saws, face frame machine, edge-banding machine, sanders, routers and various hand tools.
Must be able to help with delivery and installation of cabinetry & mouldings.

Able to set up all machines safely and efficiently. Able to do minor repairs and maintenance of machines and blade changes as needed.
Able to build high quality custom cabinetry in a timely fashion. Familiar with traditional joinery and be able to produce it at a semi-production pace.
Attuned to the shop's quality standards and confident to stop a sub-standard piece in production and bring it to the attention of the Shop Foreman.
Dependability a must.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to safety on the job site.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., run power tools, crawl, bend, kneel, squat, reach below the knee, and overhead frequently. Must also be able to stoop, turn, stand, walk, twist, push, and pull repeatedly.  

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
2+ years of custom cabinetry building experience is high desired.
Must have working knowledge of both hand-held power tools, as well as industrial saws, shapers. 
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
High School/GED or Trade School certification is highly preferred.
Must provide two relevant work references.

We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms; as well as other types of custom cabinetry so we need a finely, skilled Carpenter with strong cabinetry and vanity experience who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients. The ideal candidate will have his or her own truck and tools and be willing to travel within a 60+/- mile radius. The majority of the work is completed at the customers home, though we have a fully functioning building woodshop for every aspect of the building cycle. JOB SUMMARY
  A cabinet installer fits cabinets, principally in kitchen areas and bathrooms. The installation part of the job is normally just one aspect of the role. The position will also include some occasional custom cabinet building, assembling and fitting custom built cabinets during the building stage. Because of the lifting involved, you are a cabinet installer as part of a small team. Must be able to use basic hand and power tools. Must be a reliable, self-starter and able to problem solve independently. The qualified candidate will have impeccable customer service skills; and be very detail orientated. Able to stay on task, honest and make scheduled appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

DELIVERLY - Unless delivery is done via a separate, coordinated system, you will have to collect the flat-packed units from the Business site, load them into a van and deliver them to the site. On site, you will need to unload the packs. You will usually unload a few at a time, rather than all at once, to leave yourself room to work. 

ASSEMBLY - A key part of a cabinet installer’s job is installing the cabinets on site. Carefully unpacking the assembled pieces and identifying the components is the starting point. Ensuring you do not lose any components is vital. Assembly instructions are often illustration-based rather than text based. You need to be able to decipher the pictures and follow step-by-step instructions. You need to be able to use simple tools, such as a screwdriver, tape measure and hammer.

INSTALLATION - Incumbent will need to take in account of existing fixtures and fittings and either remove them or work around them. Skirting boards usually need to be removed. Mains power points usually need to be worked around. You need to be able to drill holes accurately and safely in walls, to provide anchor points for the assembled cabinets. Working with a partner, you need to be able to hold carcases against the wall and fix them in place. You will then need to fit doors. You may also be called upon to fit worktops. You may also have to fix decorative and functional embellishments, such as plinths, cornices and under-cabinet lighting strips.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Applicant must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, run power tools, crawl, bend, kneel, squat, reach below the knee, and overhead frequently. Must also be able to stoop, turn, stand, walk, twist, push, and pull repeatedly. A valid driver's license and independent transportation are required for employment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
5+ years of carpentry experience is high desired.
Must have working knowledge of both hand-held power tools, as well as industrial panel saws, table saws, face frame machine, edge-banding machine, sanders, routers and various hand tools.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
High School/GED or Trade School certification is highly preferred.
